Terms and Conditions
The following sets out the Terms on which Aussie Handmade Crafts offers you. Before proceeding with your order, you should read the terms and conditions below.
If you agree to them unconditionally you may proceed with placing your order. Once you have placed your order, you have entered a Legal Binding contract.
Cancellations are accepted within a 5 (Five) day period from time of placing your order. Should you fail to notify Aussie Handmade Crafts that you would like to cancel your order, it will be classed as an unauthorised cancellation and your personal details may be submitted to a Credit Collection Agency. This can then affect your future credit ratings, so please send an email to notify Aussie Handmade Crafts, we cannot hold your stock when other customers may be requiring it.
These terms may be amended by Aussie Handmade Crafts at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. The amended terms shall be effective immediately after they are posted on the site.

Please Note: We are not open on weekends or public holidays, if you send an email over the weekend or a public holiday it will be answered the next working day.
Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product ordered is out of stock, you will be notified. If there has been a price increase the new price will apply to your order.
Product Availability
While we aim to maintain an accurate stock level of our products, at times products ordered may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.
Product Description
Products are described as accurately as possible; however, we cannot assure that product descriptions or any content within this site are error-free.
Tax Charges
All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) payable on all orders within Australia. International customers are solely responsible for import duty, taxes or other charges which may apply within your own country. Please check with your customs agent before ordering.
Payment Terms
Once you have placed an order you must make payment within FIVE days, otherwise your order will be considered cancelled, and goods placed back into stock.
We DO NOT accept International Money Orders or Bank Cheques due to the high exchange rate.

Aussie Handmade Crafts will not be held liable for any pricing errors or omissions. We reserve the right to refuse any sale or service, remove or edit content at our sole discretion. No credits, refunds or replacements will be given on special orders or pre-orders, and there will be no cancellation of orders submitted to suppliers on behalf of the customer.
